00:00The 15th anniversary of Binan-Laguna was celebrated.

00:13Mela, Alan, a happy celebration is being celebrated by the Binanese.

00:19It is now the 15th anniversary that Binan-Laguna became a city.

00:24The celebration started with the loud and colorful parade of students, teachers, and the local government.

00:34The sound of the trampolines and drums is loud.

00:38The Binanese are celebrating the big change in the city.

00:42In fact, along with the 15th cityhood, the new elevated parking was inaugurated today,

00:48which is close to the family town.

00:50There are also new theaters and movie theaters because of the importance of the city to the movie culture and its great contribution to history.

01:00But according to the local government, this is not the end of the development of Binan.

01:05Because their next project is to revive the lives of the residents with the help of houses and new buildings for education

01:15where thousands of students will benefit and thousands of people will be able to avail their houses.

01:20The LGU promised that the upcoming elections will be held outside of their programs

01:25because their projects are ongoing even though the campaign period is about to start.

01:31They have also requested an exemption from the spending ban in the Commission on Elections

01:36so that the program will not stop even during the election period.

01:40Because March 28 is the start of the campaign period for the local candidates,

01:45the LGU of Binan said that they are ready to participate in the campaign.

01:51This includes places where posters can be placed and lock-in posters that can be used.

01:58On March 27, they will also isolate many posters so that they will be able to follow the law.
