00:00The Comelec will not stop reminding the public to follow the election regulations.

00:06The GANBAN will be effective until June 11.

00:10The Comelec is confident that despite the delay,

00:13they will be able to finish printing the 71 million balotas on time.

00:21554 people voted in the election GANBAN for the 2025 National and Local Elections

00:31according to the Commission on Elections.

00:34521 civilians, 18 security guards, 4 armed forces of the Philippines, 4 foreigners, and 7 other individuals voted.

00:45The Comelec will continue to remind the public to follow the election regulations

00:50as the GANBAN will be effective from January 12 to June 11, 2025.

00:55So even if you have a license to own and possess firearms,

00:59even if the gun is registered,

01:01there is a firearm registration, and even if there is a permit to carry firearms outside of residence,

01:06if you do not have a certificate of authority or exemption from the GANBAN,

01:11from the GANBAN and Security Concerns Committee,

01:14you are violating...

01:16Anyone who violates the rules will be jailed and disqualified from holding any position in the government.

01:22The police are also continuously making checkpoints

01:25to ensure that the election GANBAN will be followed.

01:28Meanwhile, the Comelec printed 7 million balotas for the upcoming elections.

01:34Their ballot production reaches 1.9 million every day.

01:38The Comelec is confident that before the 2nd week of April,

01:42we will be able to beat our deadline of 71 million balot production.

01:46What we are looking at now is the passing and printing of all those balotas

01:51to automated counting machines.

01:53The first series of the Comelec and DepEd personnel training has also ended

01:57where they will teach teachers how to serve as electoral boards.
