Pardoned by President Donald Trump, former chairman of the Proud Boys Enrique Tarrio says his conviction was based on a document he never even opened.

00:38and they used that document to get a grand jury indictment for me. And the people of D.C.

00:49don't really like me or my guys. We go protest there all the time for different reasons.

00:57And they indicted me. But you could indict a ham sandwich is the saying here
