00:25The FAA is actively recruiting workers who suffer severe intellectual disabilities, psychiatric
00:33problems and other mental and physical conditions under a diversity and inclusion hiring initiative
00:38spelled out on the agency's website.
00:41Can you imagine?
00:42Are you saying this crash was somehow caused and the result of diversity hiring?
00:47And what evidence have you seen to support these claims?
00:50It just could have been.
00:51We have a high standard.
00:53We've had a much higher standard than anybody else.
00:56And there are things where you have to go by brain power.
00:59You have to go by psychological quality, and psychological quality is a very important
01:06element of it.
01:07These are various, very powerful tests that we put to use, and they were terminated by
01:11Biden.
01:12And Biden went by a standard that's the exact opposite.
01:15So we don't know.
01:16But we do know that you had two planes at the same level.
01:19You had a helicopter and a plane.
01:21That shouldn't have happened.
01:23Mr. President, you have today blamed the diversity elements, but then told us that you weren't
01:30sure that the controllers made any mistakes.
01:33You then said perhaps the helicopter pilots were the ones who made the mistakes.
01:38It's all under investigation.
01:39I understand that.
01:41That's why I'm trying to figure out how you can come to the conclusion right now that
01:45diversity had something to do with this crash.
01:48Because I have common sense, okay?
