“Estoy pidiendo auxilio”  El Ministerio de Salud Pública de Cuba (MINSAP) se negó a emitir una carta necesaria para el proceso de visado humanitario del pequeño Damir Ortiz Ramírez, un niño de 10 años que padece neurofibromatosis tipo 1 y un tumor en el seno cavernoso.  "Es oficial, no me van a dar la carta y a casi 3 meses de estar mi hijo presentando tantos problemas, que ya ni camina, el sistema de salud cubano no tienen aún un diagnóstico preciso de por qué tanto deterioro, pero tampoco quieren admitir que no cuenta con los recursos que les permita emitir dicho diagnóstico", dijo a ADN Cuba Eliannis Ramírez, madre del pequeño Damir.
