00:00Veteran volleyball coach Sami Aikailar passed away yesterday, January 30, at the age of 66 years old.

00:06This is the sad news released by the University of Perpetual Health System-Delta

00:11that Sami has been living in for many years.

00:14According to the Premier Volleyball League, Coach Sami passed away due to cardiac arrest

00:19five days before his 67th birthday.

00:23Sami was a great coach

00:25who led the National Team in the 1991 Southeast Asian Games and 1993 SEA Games as an assistant coach.

00:32He was also the winner of 14 championships titled by ALTAS in the NCAA Men's Volleyball League.
