00:06daily across-the-board wage increase for private sector workers. All employers in the private sector, whether

00:15regardless of capitalization and number of employees, shall pay their workers the mandated wage increase. Once enacted, any

00:23person, corporation, trust, or firm may face penalty or imprisonment if they violate any provision of this law.
