00:00Glasgow Bar Awards is a great awards for me because it's all, it's actually

00:06kind of showcasing how good Glaswegian hospitality is and it's nominated by

00:10the people that are actually involved in it. It's great to be nominated by your

00:14peers and actually show that they're recognising that you're doing something

00:17good. A lot of the time when you're doing awards it can be who's paid for what,

00:22this isn't, it's not brand sponsored, it's really actually about the people and for

00:26the people. It's one of the best awards kicking about. Daddy Marmalade's have

00:30really gone from strength to strength over the past year, they've really kind

00:34of pushed out what they've been trying to do as a kind of local cocktail bar.

00:38It's just two people that run it and what they do in there is amazing.

00:43Floor service, cocktails and the kitchen as well, like I've really liked the way

00:49that the absentee is evolved into their kind of new kind of, their new menu is

00:54really second to none and I think the team that they've got there just now is

00:57absolutely fantastic.
