00:28Every January, business owners add business one-stop shop or bus projects
00:34of the ELGUs to the service of the DICT.
00:38There are government agencies that should go to clients who will renew their business permits.
00:45Here in the town of Malig-Albay,
00:47on the last day of the ELGU-BPLS,
00:52Ross Nasol Iglesia, along with more than 800 business owners,
00:57were the first to benefit from the ELGU program of the DICT.
01:02It's very efficient and it lives up to its name, one-stop.
01:07The renewal of business permit is very easy.
01:13In fact, it won't take more than half a day.
01:18So, kudos to the partnership.

01:23The ELGU program of the DICT is part of their E-GovPH program
01:28that will facilitate the transaction of residents to government offices
01:33using the latest technology.
01:36We are hoping that by 2025,
01:39the 20 pilot ELGUs here in Region 5
01:45will be fully operational.
01:50The second version will include the CEDULA and Civil Registry Certificates at the same time.
01:58The DICT-BCOL targets 40 ELGUs in towns and villages in the region by 2025.
