00:30due to the heavy downpour brought by the shear line this week.
00:34According to Manito Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Officer Mark Anthony Arizapa,
00:40the Philippine Coast Guard Albay and Bureau of Fire Protection Manito in the so-called rescue operation
00:46took two hours due to the high and slippery road and heavy downpour.
00:53According to Arizapa, the two residents were rescued after being taken to the hospital.
00:58The Department of Public Works and Highways, 2nd District Engineering Office responded
01:03to the major highways affected by landslides in Malabango, Sitio Buko and Anupol.
01:10There was also a heavy downpour in Balasbas and Tinapian.
01:14For now, it is passable and the residents were rescued.
01:18165 families from 8 barangays were also rescued due to landslides and floods.
