‘Appalling bastards’: Chris Minns labels anti-Semitic school vandals

00:00It is utterly appalling and shameful that an individual would spray racist, hate-filled

00:14messages on a school.

00:15It tells you everything you need to know about how appalling these bastards are, that they

00:20would rip apart a school on one of the first days of school with a racist, anti-Semitic

00:28attack.

00:29It is antithetical to everything that Australia represents in 2025.

00:33There are some terrible people in our community.

00:35I'm ashamed to say it, but that's the truth.

00:39Bad morals, bad ethics, bad people that will commit these acts.

00:43But Australians stand united against this appalling racism.

00:48Most Australians from every background regard this kind of hate-filled activity as the opposite

00:54of what it means to live in our country and our community in Australia in 2025.

00:59Now, I don't say these things because we're trying to win over the hearts and minds of

01:03individuals that are responsible for these hate crimes.

01:05In fact, we're trying to lock them up, but what I am trying to say is that the people

01:10of New South Wales are appalled by this behaviour and I want them to know that New South Wales

01:15police are doing everything possible to catch these people and over the last week and a

01:20half have arrested 10 people for malicious damage, fire damage, graffiti attacks in New

01:26South Wales.
