00:19This is because the distributor was ordered by the agency's legal affairs department
00:23to give three specific requirements which are certificate or clearance of no pending
00:28criminal, civil or administrative case from any regional trial court, Department of Justice
00:34and the Office of the City Prosecutor, as part of standard review process, legal affairs,
00:39coordinated with Pinoy Flix Films and Entertainment Production, to ensure that there's no violation
00:44of PD-1986 and to their implementing rules and regulations.
00:49MTRCB emphasized that they will not tolerate any false information that aimed to discredit
00:55the agency.
