00:16This happened during Thanksgiving Mass after Secretary Kakdak reported to President Marcos.
00:22The President's directive is to help the Filipino seafarers wake up.
00:27Aside from the Thanksgiving Mass, they were also welcomed by the DMW along with their families.
00:33They also received financial aid, training certificates, and gift bags from the DMW, OA, and TESDA.
00:40The seafarers are very grateful to President Marcos for ensuring their safety and well-being.
00:46Kakdak also thanked Foreign Affairs Secretary Enrique Manalo,
00:50and the DFA and Transportation Secretary Jaime Bautista.
