Shaina Low: North Gaza hit the hardest

The spokesperson for the Norwegian Refugee Council Shaina Low says the northern Gaza governorate has suffered the worst destruction in the enclave.

00:00But there's a tremendous amount of rebuilding that needs to be done.

00:04In terms of the most severe areas, by far, that's the North Gaza governorate.

00:08And we've heard reports of people who have returned up to North Gaza and on foot last

00:14week when the ceasefire first took hold, who left Gaza City and returned to their homes

00:19and found that there was so little there that they needed, that they decided to come back

00:24to Gaza City.

00:25They themselves had a staff member who had went to return to her home and saw the level

00:29of destruction.
