00:57And the candidate or party must declare this in their Statement of Contributions and Expenditures, or SOSE, which is one of Comelec's public ones.
01:06Under the law, only P3 per registered voter can be spent by a national candidate with a party.
01:14P5 per voter can be spent separately by a political party.
01:20P5 per voter can also be spent by an independent national candidate.
