00:19that the agency is focusing on implementing Executive Order 32
00:24that focuses on the processes for the establishment of telecommunications and internet infrastructure.
00:31They are also continuing their efforts under the directive of President Ferdinand R. Marquez Jr.
00:36to strengthen internet services or connection in the country.
