00:00This is the PTV news for today.

00:09The Department of Justice refuted the 78 complaints of reckless imprudence resulting in homicide

00:15against the former DOH Secretary Jeanette Garin and other controversial parties

00:20or controversial parties that vaccinated her.

00:23Based on the resolution passed by Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulla,

00:27DOJ explained that there is no prima facie or sufficient evidence to convict the accused

00:34based on their investigation.

00:36DOJ also stated that the FDA has a Certificate of Product Registration for the vaccines used

00:42and the students who received it passed the health assessment.

00:46According to DOJ Undersecretary Raul Vasquez,

00:50one of the reasons behind the re-evaluation is the complaint filed by the Public Attorney's Office.

00:55Meanwhile, a motion for reconsideration was passed by the PAO following the resolution of DOJ.

01:04The Department of Education called for the responsible use of AI or Artificial Intelligence in education.

01:10The use of new technologies in education is not recognized.

01:14However, they should be able to use it properly and according to ethical use.

01:20For now, the proper use of AI is being taught in private and public schools,

01:24as well as some educational tech companies.

01:29President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. and the Department of Migrant Workers

01:33agreed to provide assistance to the 17 Filipino seafarers who were previously kidnapped by the Houthi rebels.

01:39According to DMW Secretary Hans Leo Kavdak,

01:43the President assures that he will provide assistance to the 17 Filipino seafarers and support to their families.

01:50According to him, he provided financial assistance, training certificates and aid to the Filipino seafarers

01:58and assured them of their well-being.

02:02Stay tuned for the performance report and programs of the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines or CAAP.

02:08CAAP Director-General Manuel Antonio Tamayo will attend the program of Bagong Pilipinas.
