01:42I'll get this job right and i'll hand it off when we are ready to win with a quarterback and an infrastructure

01:48That shows we're being serious about winning on the football field

01:51I think this is a great move for the vegas raiders not because I expect them to win anything

01:55But I just think we're going to get rid of all the badness if you will over the past few decades for the raiders

02:01And set yourself up for the future. It's a horrible job to take if you expect to win, but it's not a bad paying gig
