00:08The meeting took place two days after U.S. President Donald Trump visited.

00:12Teodoro welcomed the Philippines because of the good and successful transition of the leaderato,

00:18along with giving importance to peace and mutual interest in the region.

00:23Waltz also emphasized the importance of a stronger cooperation between the Philippines

00:28and that he expects more security activities between the two countries

00:33as a support to the free Indo-Pacific under the Trump administration.

00:38Aside from Waltz, other new U.S. officials were also mentioned by Teodoro.
