00:21CEO Sundar Pichai, and India's richest man, Mukesh Ambani, all participating in the inauguration.

00:28Meantime, on Tuesday, January 21, Trump pardoned Silk Road founder Ross Albright.

00:33Albright was sentenced to life in prison for operating an underground online marketplace

00:37where drug dealers and others facilitated over $200 million in illegal transactions

00:42using Bitcoin.

00:43Trump, fulfilling a campaign promise, calls the pardon, quote, "'full and unconditional'

00:48and criticizes those involved in Albright's conviction."

00:51In February 2015, a federal jury in Manhattan convicted Albright on charges that included

00:56online drug distribution, conspiracy to commit computer hacking, and money laundering.

01:01Albright's arrest marked the end of what prosecutors called a global black market platform used

01:05by over 100,000 people in two years from 2011 to conduct $214 million in illicit trade,

01:12including illegal drugs and services.

01:15Prosecutors say some people died because of drugs bought on Silk Road.

01:18The website allowed users to communicate anonymously and accepted Bitcoin payments, which prosecutors

01:24argued helped conceal users' identities and locations.
