00:36The MMDA in Manila Development Authority, Metropolitan, was very angry
00:42when the clearing operation was carried out in Gotamco Street in Pasay.
00:46They removed the plants and the greenhouse
00:50even though the residents of Barangay 17 Zone 1 were there
00:54when the banquets were held.
00:56The residents of Barangay 17 Zone 1 were informed
00:59that this was the second time they carried out an operation
01:03in the area where the complaints were received in the 8888 Citizens Complaint Hotline.
01:09We gave them a chance to remove it on their own,
