00:00Frawley, how's preseason been? It's been good mate, it's been good, it's been challenging.

00:04I think, you know, we've been ripping in a little of our training and, you know, we've

00:08had some big days out on the field and in the gym and the rest of the room, but everyone's

00:12fit and healthy and it's been a good start of the year.

00:14Do you think that was what was needed after last season, a real hard, tough preseason?

00:18Yeah, I think so. I think we were sort of, as a group, you know, something that we wanted

00:23to focus on, working hard and really getting that base, I suppose, for the start of the

00:28year. So, yeah, it's been a good start and hopefully it sets us up for a good start of

00:33the year.

00:34And the squad's looking pretty healthy, it's a deep squad, you've had some quality this

00:39year. Do you think the prospects for a better season are looking good?

00:43Yeah, yeah, I think so. I think, as you said, we've had some good players, obviously with

00:47Micah, we've had some really good players with Micah and Hawley in the backfield and

00:51then Keenan and Cooper coming over and sort of strengthening our middle. So, yeah, everyone's

00:57fit and healthy, everyone's really optimistic about the year and I think we're just ready

01:00to go now.

01:01And the mood seems very positive. You'd hope it would be, obviously, at this stage of preseason,

01:05but it seems to be a real togetherness about the squad.

01:08Yeah, I think so. And obviously, you know, we've added some players, but we've kept pretty

01:11much a vast majority of players from last year. So, you know, we're all really familiar

01:17with each other, I suppose, and we're really close as a group, which is important. So,

01:22yeah, the mood seems good and we should enjoy each other's company and enjoy training hard.
