00:00One more case that I would like to inform is related to the so-called off-lintas, but more to the pro-lintas.
00:11In this case, it involves a group of corrupt officials who are involved in the project of increasing the level of social welfare,
00:19the Ulu Kelang iron river, the CA3 package which is worth more than one billion,
00:25and the project of increasing the level of social welfare, which is worth more than 4.8 billion.
00:31As of now, the SPRM has obtained permission to sue, or consent to prosecute,
00:41by the Chief Operating Officer, or COO, of the Leboraya Concession Company,
00:49and with two charges under Section 16A, Section A of the Corruption Management Act 2009.
01:00And one who is expected to be accused is the SPRM,
01:05where consent to prosecute was issued on 23 January 2025,
01:11with three charges under Section 16A, Section A of the Corruption Management Act 2009.
