Senior citizens rally

Senior citizens gather outside the Senate of the Philippines in Pasay City on Monday, Jan. 20, 2025, to prod senators to pass a bill that seeks to grant universal social pension to all Filipino elderly.

United Senior Citizens Party-list Rep. Milagros Magsaysay said that if passed into law, the bill will grant senior citizens who are not considered indigents a monthly pension of P500.
