01:28Alias Sadam, a 36-year-old resident of Purot, Talakitoc, Barangay San Isidro, Panada,

01:34was arrested on charges of smuggling 19 grams of cigarettes worth Php 129,000.

01:46He was charged under Republic Act No. 9165, Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
