00:00The Supreme Court overturned the government's control of Camp John Hay in Baguio City.

00:05The BCDA, or Bases Development Authority, was given the authority to manage the former military base

00:10from the CJH Development Corporation.

00:12According to the BCDA, this is a victory for the Filipinos

00:16because it will open up more high-impact investments for more jobs

00:21and other benefits for the country.

00:23In the court's decision, all the areas of Camp John Hay,

00:27including those that fell under the improvement,

00:30must be returned to the control of the BCDA.
