00:09accused of failing to report millions in poker winnings and using his law firm's funds
00:14to cover gambling debts. The indictment claims Goldstein deliberately evaded paying over
00:18$5.3 million in taxes to the IRS between 2016 and 2021. He also allegedly used firm funds
00:26to pay personal debts and misrepresented liabilities on mortgage applications.
00:31Goldstein's attorneys denied wrongdoing,
00:33stating he will contest the charges and expects exoneration at trial.
