00:30That means that the case can be refiled.

00:35The practical problem with that is you've got four years that are going to go by.

00:40The question is, are the witnesses still available?

00:42Are they alive?

00:44Will whoever comes in next have the will to actually reset these cases and start over

00:53again and go to trial on them?

00:56It's probably unlikely that that's going to happen.
