00:20And there's also the political problem.

00:21Don't forget Donald Trump has basically announced that he's taking doing a hostile takeover

00:28of the Department of Justice, that none of the, from the Attorney General on down, none

00:33of these appointees are going to be independent or people who will be deciding cases on their

00:39own merits.

00:40They're all going to be acting at the behest of Donald Trump.
