00:00The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency or PDEA has collected P21.43 billion pesos

00:05worth of illegal drugs in 2024.

00:09It's higher by 32% compared to P16.24 billion pesos in 2023.

00:16Most of the confiscated drugs are shabu, cocaine, ecstasy, tablets, kush,

00:22marijuana leaves and bricks.

00:24PDEA's involvement in the operation of various law enforcement agencies

00:28like the NBI, Bureau of Customs, Philippine Navy, Philippine Sports Authority,

00:34AFP, Philippine Coast Guard, BJMP and PNP.

00:38The confiscated drugs were part of 38,545 anti-drug operations in 2024.
