00:11According to the President, this is to speed up the distribution of assistance
00:16for the needs of our countrymen.
00:19The DSWD budget will be reduced by almost Php 11 billion or almost 5%
00:27from more than Php 226 billion for the National Expenditure Program or NEP.
00:34Meanwhile, the Ministry of Finance is requesting
00:39that the Php 40 million for the Unprogrammed Appropriations
00:43of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program or 4Ps
00:47from August to December of this year.
