Wile E. Coyote isn't the smartest mutt in the game ... as proved by a Midwestern coyote going viral for its daring supermarket break-in.

00:00We have video of a coyote in an Aldi in Chicago that went pretty wild.

00:08So these guys, they see an animal in the vegetation section of the produce section, if you will.

00:14Is this a grocery store?

00:15It's not a vegetation section.

00:17Sorry, I'm not a salad guy.

00:21They're in that section.

00:22They think it's a raccoon because they can only see the tail.

00:24So this guy reaches in and pulls out this giant coyote, like a full-sized coyote.

00:34And then they let go of him for some reason and he runs right back in.

00:37I find that so weird.

00:38Why wouldn't he go to the meat section?

00:41Maybe he couldn't find what aisle it was on.

00:43He's not familiar with the market.

00:46He couldn't find the meat.
