00:00After Mandy Moore's home was damaged by the deadly L.A. wildfires,
00:03she and her family are sheltering with Hilary Duff and her husband, Matthew Coma.
00:09In an Instagram post shared Tuesday, Moore's brother-in-law, Griffin Goldsmith, whose home
00:14was completely burned down in the fires, expressed gratitude to Duff and her family for their
00:19generosity, which he says includes offering their home to Moore, as well as setting up a GoFundMe
00:24page for him and his wife given they lost their house ahead of the upcoming birth of their baby.
00:29Goldsmith wrote,
00:30All of this is so overwhelming. But what is as equally overwhelming
00:34is the amount of love and generosity we are on the receiving end of.
00:37Our dear friends Matthew Coma and Hilary Duff thought it was wise to set up a GoFundMe for us
00:42to help with everything moving forward. Not to mention they are currently housing my brother's
00:46family. He also said of Duff and Coma,
00:49They've taken care of my entire family from the moment this began.
00:52I will never be able to thank them adequately. This is the kindest act any human could do for
00:57another. They are the most beautiful, selfless people we've ever known.
01:01Moore's husband is Taylor Goldsmith, who is part of the band Dawes with his brother,
01:05Griffin Goldsmith. Taylor and Griffin both appeared on Monday's Jimmy Kimmel Live! as
01:09the music act, and Kimmel's returned to the late-night stage after halting production amid
01:14the fires. For much more on this story and all the latest news on the L.A. wildfires,
