00:06Based on PAGASA's latest weather forecast, Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region,

00:12Bicol Region, Aurora, Quezon, Laguna, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque and Rublon will have cloudy

00:19skies with rains. The northeast monsoon will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light

00:26rains in Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon. Meanwhile, cloudy skies with scattered rains

00:33and thunderstorms will be felt in eastern Visayas, Caraga, Davao Region and Sub-Sargen.

00:39The rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies

00:43with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies.
