00:30It is so hard to look at all of these devastations and wonder what our last moments were.
00:35She didn't deserve this, we are hurting," Kelly said tearfully.
00:41Kelly explained that her grandmother was in completely good health at the time of the
00:45fire and she will be forever missed.
