00:00David, you've had two years with Emerson Jones. He's already been compared to the great Ash Barty. Your thoughts?

00:05Yeah, two very different players, but it's two super talents. Ash, one of the greatest brains and understanding of the highest level of tennis.

00:13Emerson, just an incredible natural talent.

00:15Incredible feel of both sides. An ability to win points from a small stature is something I haven't seen.

00:22Where does she rank in terms of natural ability, the girls you've seen?

00:26Yeah, probably the most naturally talented person that I've ever seen since Ostopenko, that I've ever coached.

00:32Wow, you've had some big guns in your camp.

00:34Yeah, that's true.

00:35Is it too soon to start saying we're going to have another superstar in Australian women's tennis?

00:39Oh, it's a possibility. It's a possibility.

00:41I hope, you know, we've got to give her time.

00:43But the progression she's made in the last few years, even in the last month, is quite astounding.

00:48What sets her apart?

00:50Yeah, just an incredible natural ability. Fearless, incredible.

00:54Got a lot of courage for a young girl.

00:56And I think what's now changing is her self-belief growing that she's beating, or she's already beaten, the top 50 WTA player in her first try.
