What started as just another day turned into an unforgettable one for R.L., who witnessed a tornado. This video captures the moment the tornado began to dissipate.   &quot;I was pulling out of Walmart in Royse City, TX,&quot; the filmer told WooGlobe. &quot;It was on the ground for a few seconds. My truck started shaking, and I saw debris flying around.
