00:00The RO is supposed to look into the forms, form 6, 7 and 8 and each form will be dealt

00:36We will be giving you. But as of now, after 29th November, we received something 5 lakh

00:45plus number of forms and our ROs are disposing continuously and we have put manpower also

00:54and we have to stick to the statutory requirement of 10 days before the last date of nomination

01:01that we are sticking and we will be completing all the forms disposal by that time.

01:08Whenever we receive complaints regarding any complaint, MCC violation or electoral roll,

01:16any related complaint, we are processing as per the ECI instruction.

01:21You mentioned that you all should have processed it 10 days before.

01:25No, no, processing though we have to do it till the last date of nomination and as such

01:31we have a notice period also now, statutory notice period even for the form 7 and form 6.

01:38Form 8 notice period is completely automatic.
