00:09The Chief Executive presided over a meeting attended by Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin,
00:14National Economic and Development Authority or NEDA Secretary Arsenio Balisacan, Department
00:19of Budget and Management or DBM Secretary Amena Pangandaman, and the Department of Social
00:25Welfare and Development or DSWD Secretary Rex Gachalian to discuss the respective priority
00:31projects of various agencies of government included in the 2025 National Budget.
00:37The leader of the land ordered the Department of Secretaries to list down the said projects
00:41that were in the National Expenditure Program and were not part of the newly signed budget
00:46law.
00:47The President issued this directive after a detailed presentation of the budget items
00:51for each department under the General Appropriations Act.
