00:00The National Capital Region Police Office, or NCRPO, has intensified their presence

00:06now that the election period is approaching in Panayam ng Radyo Pilipinas.

00:10NCRPO Chief Police Brigadier General Anthony Averin said that

00:15police will be monitoring border control checkpoints from Sunday, January 12.

00:21Aside from this, he will also continue the threat assessment

00:25on the candidates to ensure their safety.

00:28And since the gun ban started on Sunday, NCRPO will be more aggressive

00:34in their campaign against loose firearms or non-licensed guns.

00:40NCRPO asked the public to help the authorities

00:44to ensure the security and proper election.

00:49We will have regular checkpoints, especially here in our border control checkpoints.

00:57At the same time, our police will be visible,
