00:10As flu cases continue to rise, health chiefs have revealed that one in six beds at Forth

00:15Valley Royal Hospital are filled by patients with the virus or other respiratory conditions.

00:21They're asking people not to visit hospital or care homes if they feel unwell, and if

00:26they do, to wear a mask. They also ask employers to allow staff to work from home in a bid

00:32to reduce the spread of the virus. Our two new MPs in this area reflect on a hectic first
