People of Glasgow share their summer holiday plans for 2025

We speak to the people of Glasgow on whether they’ve arranged plans for summer 2025.

00:00Yes, I do plan to get away. I'm going to Greece in the summer, which is a fabulous place.

00:07I've been there many, many times and I'm looking forward to it.

00:11I love travelling. It's mainly Europe that I go to because I study languages.

00:18I'm not going to be travelling abroad this year. I'll be around the UK.

00:21We've done a Europe trip before and we've done a train journey around Europe,

00:25so this time we're going to do the Asia sail. We're going to sail around Southeast Asia,

00:31all the hottest countries and that.

00:33Relaxing, visiting friends, sightseeing. I'm very keen on archaeology,

00:41so I can go and see many, many things there.

00:43I like rural areas and I like cities because I work in community work, so I like

00:49the looking around and I like getting out into nature.

00:53So, anywhere with my dogs. I like dogs because you need a lot of exercise.

00:57So, mountains somewhere or even down at sea.
