00:00The Department of Health has already put all hospitals in Metro Manila, Central Luzon, and Calabarzon under the Code White Alert
00:07as part of the preparation for the feast of St. Jesus of Nazareno.
00:10This means that facilities and medical personnel should be prepared
00:15to respond to emergencies or incidents that are related to health
00:20in anticipation of a large gathering.
00:23Medical teams and health stations of the DOH,
00:27as well as local government agencies, will also take care of the procession route
00:32as part of the Quirino Grandstand.
00:34Devotees are also reminded not to rush into the procession if they feel unwell.
00:41Make sure to drink enough water, wear comfortable clothing,
00:46and to avoid heatstroke, limit the exposure to heat.
00:51The DOH's Code White Alert will be in effect until Friday, January 10.
