00:13the first thing that was discovered was that three rats were in the bags during the clearing operations of the electric cooperative.
00:20A few days later, seven rats were found in the bags.
00:25It is still unknown who the owners of the rats are and why they were left behind.
00:30For now, the rats have been sent to other residents of the barangay.
