00:00Filipina World Jiu-Jitsu Champion, Meggie Ochoa, announces her retirement as a member of the national team

00:06and will continue her career as a coach for SOLAS Jiu-Jitsu in international tournaments.

00:11In an Instagram post, Ochoa shared that she will leave the national team to focus more on her coaching duties

00:18at SOLAS Jiu-Jitsu Club in Quezon City.

00:21Ochoa expressed her excitement about sharing her knowledge and experiences in Jiu-Jitsu as a mentor.

00:27The Filipino athlete has also qualified for the OCA JJAU Coaches and Referees Development Program

00:34which will advance her career as a licensed Jiu-Jitsu coach and referee.

00:39Despite her retirement, Ochoa will still compete in international competitions representing her SOLAS Jiu-Jitsu Club.
