00:17In a bid to strengthen the creative industries in Region 12, the Department of Trade and Industry
00:22or DTI in Soksarjen organized the Region 12 Fiesta Haraya, a regional creative festival 2024,
00:28days before the year ended. The three-day event celebrated the region's rich cultural heritage
00:33through traditional dances, songs, stories, literary works, indigenous clothing,
00:38and a wide array of artistic creations as part of the implementation of Republic Act No. 11904
00:44or the Philippine Creative Industries Development Act of 2022.
00:58Vital instruments for preserving our culture and traditions. This law fosters a dynamic
01:06and collaborative environment where Filipino creativity thrives.
01:11They inspired us to display to showcase our talents and at the same time the culture of Region 12.
01:17We are already in the dying phase. We are already bankrupt but we are already pushing.
01:21Thank you, Department of Trade and Industry, for not just showcasing but supporting and
01:27promoting our arts. Our constitution and bylaws really followed. Section 14, Article 14,
01:35the state should promote its culture so good job. Indeed, Fiesta Haraya showcases the beauty and
01:41significance of creative industries depicting diverse cultures. Promoting these artistic
01:46endeavors and talents not only brings prestige to the Filipino culture but also contributes to
