00:12were set in place in parts of England and Wales. It's been reported that heavy snow
00:16has resulted in Manchester Airport closing runways and speed restrictions are in place
00:21on certain motorways. Furthermore, the Environment Agency has said it is monitoring swollen rivers
00:27around the UK, with some close to bursting their banks. If you're planning on travelling
00:32somewhere by train, National Rail has asked customers to check their journey using the
00:37Real Time Journey Planner. This is due to the fact that some operators are still impacted
00:43by the weather. The agency said that in very cold weather, snow and ice can build up on
00:48the equipment that allows trains to move between tracks. People have been advised to keep up
00:53to date with flood risk information in your area by checking the Environment Agency website.
