00:00I'm quite emotional about it, I've got to say, kids, regarding that this afternoon.

00:05I just thought it was an absolutely incredible effort by everybody.

00:22you know, should never have walked onto the pitch, let alone get through 90 minutes or 75 minutes.

00:27Tom Davies, however, he's got through 90 minutes, I'll never know.

00:31The effort of the boys, the character of the boys,

00:35when we're up against it, obviously, you know,

00:39fine margins, really. Burnley, fine margins.

00:42Sunderland, fine margin. West Brom, fine margin, you know, and all decent sides.

00:45What a good home record.

00:47And you look at their group as well. I'm not being critical.

00:50I said the thought we were light at the start of the season.

00:53To have 50 per cent, 60 per cent, to lose Kiefer Moore yesterday as well,

00:57and then put Ryan on the pitch.

01:01I just thought we have to use this.

01:04We have to use this from the players' point of view.

01:07We have to use this as a club point of view.

01:09What this club is all about, what it really means to us as a group.

01:14The supporters were incredible today.

01:16They recognised it.

01:18They recognised that the boys were running on empty.

01:20We didn't have opportunities to rest players.

01:23We didn't have opportunities to change it up.

01:26We had, what, two, three senior players to come out onto the pitch.

01:31I couldn't have exposed the young boys.

01:33It wouldn't have been fair on them.

01:36So, by far, not by far, an incredible effort and a real sort of,

01:47I don't know what I can say about it.

01:49Just what the group represents and what the personality and the character.

01:55Too much is talked about, you know, style and,

01:59style and, you know, we'll get the performance right

02:02and other clubs go down that road.

02:03Let's get the performance right.
