00:00Some parts of the country will experience rain due to the Northeast Monsoon and Intertropical Convergence Zone.

00:07The Northeast Monsoon will bring rain in the Cagayan Valley and Cordillera Administrative Region.

00:13Earlier, there was a forecast that the water level will continue to rise in the Lower Main Cagayan River.

00:19It is expected to reach its peak in the next few hours.

00:24The Shire Line will also affect the Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Marinduque, Oriental Mindoro, Quezon, and Aurora.

00:33While the ITCZ will bring rain in the Eastern Visayas, Caraga, and Davao Region.

00:39There is also a high chance of rain in Metro Manila and other parts of the country due to localized thunderstorms.
