"QuickMap 3D" training video for the HP 48GX. This system was used for accident and crime scene investigations, specifically on accurately mapping items of interest in 2D or 3D space. Essentially, it is surveying equipment but specialized for police. It was created by Laser Technology Inc (LTI).
This video contains no actual accidents or crime scenes, only slightly staged scenes for training purposes (e.g. one or two cars parked at odd angles at the side of a road).
While this is from an original VHS tape, PAL format, the video quality is somewhat degraded. Some noise reduction was applied to the audio to reduce hiss and stereo channels were partially re-balanced.
